Jean Mirville, hailing from Haiti, carries with him a deep understanding of diverse cultures, and the importance of tailoring healthcare solutions to meet individual needs. His compassionate nature, and dedication to serving others have been shaped by his upbringings, instilling in him a profound sense of empathy.
Sann Yam, fluent in the Khmer language, represents Cambodia, and brings a rich cultural heritage to our team. With a deep-rooted appreciation for linguistic diversity, Sann, ensures that language is never a barrier in accessing quality healthcare. His kindness, and patience ensure that clients receive the support they need.
Rosario Niebles, with Colombian and Dominican ancestry, is a bilingual powerhouse, fluent in both English and Spanish. Rosario's multicultural background has given her a unique perspective on the needs and challenges faced by diverse communities. Her listening skills, add problem-solving personality makes this combination an even better one to help those that need help.

What We Cover
Coverage #1 Medicaid
Medicaid is a comprehensive health insurance program provided under the New York State of Health. It offers free or low-cost healthcare coverage to eligible individuals and families with limited income. Medicaid benefits include doctor visits, hospital care, prescription medications, preventive services, and more. Coverage #2 Essential Plan
The Essential Plan is a healthcare Program offered under the New York State of health, providing affordable health coverage to low-income individuals and families who do not qualify for Medicaid or other health insurance options. It offers a comprehensive benefit, including preventative care, hospital visits, prescription drugs, and mental health services, at a significantly reduced cost. Qualified Health Plans (QHP) This is a type of coverage available under the New York State of Health. These plans meet specific standards set by the Affordable Care Act(ACA) to ensure comprehensive and essential health benefits. QHPs offered through the New York State of Health marketplace provide coverage for medical services, hospital visits, prescription drugs, preventive care, and more.
